Jogurtti Kanssa Lakka!

This picture is specially meaningful to me. If I have those cloudberries, it is thanks to the invitation for picking them and the advice when doing so, of a Finnish friend. Not only I learned where they grow, which conditions they need to bloom and why this summer has been pretty good for this kind of berry, but also how to preserve them for long periods in the freezer.

Now, I cannot say that during the darkness I will have lack of vitamins and energy. Dear upcoming winter, I am well prepared!
