Curtains, curtains!

This picture makes me so happy for two main reasons. Firstly, because those curtains gave me about one more hour of sleep in the morning, and secondly because I could learn how to sew a piece of fabric and turn it into a curtain. It is definitely not as easy as it could sound, but even for a beginner apprentice as me, it was possible thanks to a marvelous teacher (thanks Conny). Not only I learnt how to sew in a straight line, but also how to thread the yarn through the needle in the sewing machine.
